Harvested from a vineyard with a long history here in Paso Robles, this Cabernet has a full body and is displaying black cherry, black currant, and layers of pencil shavings, with hints of cedar, tobacco, leather, and sweet baking spices.

Aged in French Oak for 30 months this wine has firm yet approachable tannins with nice acidity.  Drink now or cellar for 5 more years and you will be rewarded with decadent development in the bottle.
