Amaro is Italian for bitter.  Pendray's Amaro is a blood orange, herbal liqueur that has a bitter-sweet flavor and can be consumed as a digestif, a mixer, with tonic water, or as we like it, neat.

 Pendray's Amaro is produced by macerating herbs, roots, flowers, bark, and citrus peels in neutral alcohol.  Once the maceration process is complete we add simple sugar and barrel age it until it's ready to bottle.
