Chamomile Liqueur

A traditional liqueur of northern Italy, Pendray’s Chamomile liqueur is produced by soaking organic, dried chamomile flowers in neutral grape spirit for a period of one month. The resulting spirit is then sweetened with a combination of local honey and cane sugar syrup with the added touch of sweet vanilla bean. This liqueur is wonderfully aromatic, expressing the soothing fragrance of chamomile flowers and honeyed richness. Traditionally enjoyed chilled and neat, it is a superb evening nightcap aiding digestion and providing a sunny disposition.
