The apples for this Apple Brandy came from Shasta County in Northern Californa. A blend of Macintosh and Pipin apples were hand harvested, made into apple cider and fermented apple mash, then distilled in our Holstein Pot still.
We find this Apple Brandy to be reminiscent of your grandmonther's fresh baked apple pie with a hint of warm spice derived from aging in late harvest wine casks. A great sipping brandy or a great spirit for making cocktails.
