This full-bodied wine will leave you wanting a grilled steak or a smoked rack of ribs.  The tannins are strong yet it has an opulence that gives it a soft, silky finish.  Full of blackberry jam notes on the nose the palate is comprised of blackberry pie with a hint of dusty cocoa powder.  Aged in French oak for 30 months leaving a long, spicy sandalwood finish.  Enjoy now or cellar for 10 years!
