Vertical Port & Cheese Pairing Event

Join us Saturday evening, for an educational evening tasting and learning about our many vintages of Violeta Port, some dating back almost 20 years and most will be offered from our library.  This special vertical tasting includes 6 vintages of our Violeta Port dating back to our 2007 vintage. This vertical will be uniquely paired with hand-selected cheeses, from Di Raimondos Italian Market and Cheese Shop in Paso Robles.  This will be a one-time-only, unique, and very special event, one not to be missed.

Our owner and winemaker, Steve, will lead this tasting and talk about each vintage, the vineyard, harvest, and bottling, describing the style of each port and the nuance each conveys in the glass. 

The port vertical will be paired with cheese, bread, marcona almonds, and dried fruits. Limited to 30 guests.  $65pp for club members / $75pp for non-members.
