Limited quantities bottled!  Nocino is the famous walnut liqueur of Northern Italy.  The nuts are hand-harvested while still green, chopped and then steeped for several months in neutral brandy along with a proprietary mix of spices typically including clove and cinnamon.  It is a classic digestive liqueur, as the sweetness is offset by the bitter tannins contained in the hulls of the walnuts.  Enjoy it chilled or over ice as a unique after dinner cordial.
