Summer fruit flavors of Apricot & Peaches marry up with the smooth flavors of our barrel aged Viognier Brandy for a slighty sweet cocktail.
Ingredients
  • 4 ozs Pendray's Brandy
  • 2 ozs Pendray's Apricot Liqueur
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 2 small fresh peaches
  • Mint for garnish
Directions

Slice the peaches into 6-8 slices, reserve a couple of sliced for garnish and add the rest to cocktail shaker. Add Brandy, Apricot Liqueur, Lemon Juice in shaker with ice.  Shake & strain into a tumbler over ice. Garnish with peach slice & sprig of fresh mint.
